The PC becomes a home server, get off the desktop, install it in basement or closet next to wireless, or wired home net, and connection to outside world, be it cable, xDSL, or Wireless boardband, the damn thing is ugly anyhow. <gg> So the PC is not dead, it changes from being the only man machine interface to being the heart of the new homenets we will all have to have. When I built my house five years ago I set up every room with cable and phone connection, all running to the basement as individual lines, so I'm ready. Greg
