On Westell/Microsoft, I agree. there is no real near term impact here from what I can see. They are not sure what they are going to do with this, but it is reasonable to expect that in the future as you can buy a modem off the shelf, that there may be some configuration or user-defined settings -- these will need to be embodied in Windows and Microsoft is working with Westell to figure out what the general categories are. This will be important in 18-24 months or so.-db
