Doesn't matter who the hell is stuck with the common. CIBC screwed up big time and now they are paying the price. There is smarter money than them loosing their ass on this one. The bond holders will get whatever money that may be left over after selling off the assets and paying off the debt. That's why the bonds trade around $0.53 on the dollar!! Wake up, I have been beating this into you longs for months, and we have seen the stock go in one direction and it will keep going in that direction until it is cease traded.
