I posted a brief summary of that Goldman report from IRNA a day or two ago. I suspect that very bullish study may have played a big role in the strong OSX rally Friday.

I think they are projecting that year-end 1999 crude will be double the depressed year-end 1998 level -- not double the current price. Still very bullish though.
