re: What's your take on Dell coming back and the continue sector rotation? DELL have to grow into it's PE. What Sector? Big caps, I believe it's close to being played out. Small caps, I believe will be selective not whole sale but has legs. The high tech market switch from PC centric to one that's is dominated by broadband, wireless or wireland, and big off line companies coming online (the term Net Company will disappear or mean less as more and more of the Sears, Walmarts, GMs of the world come online), is happening before your very eyes.
