Amazon and AOL's models are strikingly similar. Both rely on e-commerce for leveraging top-line growth, and no, AOL is no longer in the ISP business. They sold that part to Worldcom. It's a good thing. If it were it wouldn't sport this market cap. Commerce is growing much faster than account growth.
