To Glenn, Tim and thread, I have been lurking for the past month or so and decided to take the plunge and join you all because I feel like I know you all a little and am very comfortable with the concept of this thread. My only contact thus far, has been annoying Glenn with emails about once a week. :-) Sorry Glenn... I am relatively new to investing and have learned a lot in the past few weeks. So far in my investing life, prior to the thread, I have managed to turn a 21k IRA into a 17K IRA. I am looking forward to reversing that trend real soon, with the help of the guys and gals on the thread. Between bunny slippers, Glenn's Tulips, Marks Grubmaster 2000, the minor disruptions about "those" stocks, the "nuts", gaps, whether or not ot hold on to DELL through earnings etc. etc. etc. I have been a busy boy trying understand all that goes on here. I think I may have it... I will continue to learn and hopefully will be able to participate fully when I know what ot heck I am doing...
