Paul, I can only respond to your hypothetical scenario in an indirect way. I have posted some on the Brocade IPO on "A Fibre Channel Future" thread here on SI. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing the IPO to read those remarks as well as those of others on that thread including Kerry's and Douglas'. I think you should also look carefully at the risk factor sections of the Brocade S-1 (various amended forms) and the way the IPO is being set up. The risk factor section is very thorough. Another consideration is the Brocade Communications thread here on SI. Message 339975 Why haven't there been any posters there? Although many of the original posts have been pulled - none of the Brocade bulls seems to be interested in the IPO. My last post on the topic pretty much sums up my current thinking: Message 9273121 If you did try to get shares in the 20's I would be interested in how successful you were, especially in getting the number of shares you wanted.
