Mr. Davids is President of RADA. Somehow I doubt if your characterization applies.

First of all, there is no indication of who the shareholder is. But I can't imagine how believing it is Davids is any comfort. Secondly, if selling is bullish, then what would you think if he was buying? Also bullish right? If no matter what happens, even complete opposites, you think it is bullish then as an investor you know you have a problem.
