Your post re. Kurlak' (Jan/95) downgrade on Intel was most interesting.

Out of curiosity I looked up Lombard's 150-week historical chart and you know what--the stock began its sustained, steep rise RIGHT AFTER THAT!

This confirms the worst suspicion of many that some analysts from the big brokerage houses issue downgrades to get the shares cheap before a major upward move.
