Dick: I cannot say that I am sorry to see you go. I think you have made a mistake by selling your shares, but so be it. You and I have done battle for some time over this, and I remain confident as ever that the Pros and not the Cons shall have the last laugh. I view managmenet as making tremendous strides over the last year. I also have little doubt that we are on the verge of exploding. I will take one last parting shot: I cannot help but feel you have sour grapes. You attempted a palace coup last year and failed, you attempted to give advice to mangmt and they were not interested. As you are now fully out, I will wish you well in all your future endevours. I reserve the right, however, to send you one last note in the very near future: "I told you so." This company is at the take off point with all the right pieces of the puzzle falling into place. We have stayed alive through some very, very lean and tough times. Mngmt kept us alive as best they could during those times. They are now about to make us very rich. And unlike you, I have already made some very large profits, and plan on making a whole lot more.
