So far at least, MGAM is not marginable. That means that those of us in the stock actually own it, and won't get pushed out at the slightest drop.

There have been four new market makers during the last week, so it appears that there will be plenty of liquidity, at least for a while. If MGAM can continue to ramp revenues, (and profits), prices in this area should hold.

I agree that the biggest downside is probably the regulation issue. It appears that MGAM has been pretty diligent about researching the legal issues ahead of time, and not just jumping in blindly.
