Actually I agree to some extent on programming. We were trained to deal with conflict. But name a day when you had fullness of activity and didn't deal with conflict. What should I wear, should I go to this social event, is brees serious or does he think this is some kind of joke? The conflicts and how we deal with them are a measure of our humanity. If you destroy someone who annoys you like a Tub, you are seen as a pretty low form. In my youth I really liked movies where at first the main (male)character appears as a complete waste, but by the end of the movie he is the shining example and rides of on his white spaceship with the lovely wonderwoman. Gave me hope.

Relatively conflict free days, on the other hand, are usually seen as boring and mundane wastes of time.
