An odd answer you gave here. Of course it all depends on how you judge DELL's past history.
But as it stands at the moment RMBS is at the gate of at least 4 years of rapid and considerable growth, and either this will happen in its entirety or not at all (back to the Eagle or Penguin)There cannot be any half way solution.
