The article that is linked here from the "Bullish ???" that had some guy touting Amazon and stating books do not matter and in fact, all that matters was the revenue Amazon would get from auctions and shop the web has no clue. The article was called something like Amazon at one half off.

He never touched on the reasons for Amazon to being putting in place these large distribution centers which assuredly is the additional loss issue at the moment.

This post is not to state Amazon is doing something wrong. Rather, I am pointing out the obvious that if AMazon's plan is to make their money by moving products through their web site without Amazon ever touching them, they certainly would not be spending all this money on distribution centers.

That writer assuredly does not have a clue as to what Amazon's plan may be.
