Scorpion currently has 21,589,238 shares outstanding, cash of
approximately $8.5 million and also owns 4,000,000 shares of
MacMillan Gold Corp. (TSE-MMG) and 1,000,000 shares of LatinGold
Inc. (TSE-LAT).

Lat became a big play a couple of weeks ago...that is why SCP ran. However it go ahead of itself since it only had a minor position on LAT.
