A good way to keep this thread alive is not to discuss companies but products- specifically those awaiting PIII trials, size of the market for a given drug, information on strategic partners associated with a biotech, if it is small, and merger possibilities.

Both Mike MurpHy and Jim M ( and others such as Sturza) have been woefully wrong about some companies and right about others- they are guilty of hyping PI and PII results as if PIII was just another milestone to be met, only to be proven wrong, time and again. This is not simply idle criticism but more a recognition of how tough it is improve the odds on Biotech bets.

I hope the thread is kept alive It is decidedly a more exciting industry than computer technologies- but far more risky too, at this point, for investors. JMHO..
