You've got to kidding me. First, the financing in question has NOT yet been consummated. Second, from what I am told it was NOT being sold to anyone on the inside, anyone part of the new management team and anyone involved at all at any time with the company. All of the investors it was marketed to were rank outsiders. Second, I have it on good authority that the deal was originally priced based on a then stock price of about $8-9 per share, which puts the deal on a par with any other private financing for a BB stock.

As well, your comment about the SEC is a joke. Nothing has been done wrong here. Even the article from MSNBC said so about the financing.

Finally, let me point out that for all the crap people are slinging about the new management, how about the fact that they built shopping.com up to be worth $220 million to Compaq (who bought it at that price). And believe me, Compaq did not buy it blindly. They performed their due diligence and knew all about sales to Waldron. Besides, that brokerage firm is no longer involved with the new management team.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
