Put it in writing. I agree, it's ridiculous to get advice from a stranger. When you say, "request for a prescription refill," I hope you don't do do that for a standing order, just when you want one with no refills to be refilled? Here is your contact: kpne.com I am surprised that the computer record wouldn't have the name of the person you talked to. Our computers apparently have stuff like that, they used to make handwritten notes that went in the chart, I think now they enter it in on the computer. Lab results can be accessed by calling on the phone, too.
