Now on the shorting offshore of OTC equities...I'd be happy to give you $1,000 if I am wrong...(OTC can't be shorted off shore) versus your giving me $1MM if I am correct....that OTC can be shorted off shore...should we each wire it to a bank escrow...(my $1K and your $1MM) and let an "expert" confirm who is correct....YOU ARE ON! whatta deal...
