The reason I can't see the comparison is that Hitler had a very organized officer corps at his disposal, and they were training in the latest military tactics of the time. Add to that the German industrial base and I still don't see the comparison. However, if Milosevic were to come into possession of certain weapons of mass destruction, then I could see the comparison being a lot closer. Your other points are well-taken. FWIW Andy
