This thread would benefit from your participation as would any you cared to comment on IMO.

I do not have all of the answer to your question but I do recall reading that repatriated profits are specifically not included in deficit figures. I can also safely venture a guess that shareholder returns on those companies that operate in foreign locations are excluded as well.
