Carly is the eternal optomist for this company, and maybe thia time with good reason. I don't believe he knows what the news is, but something happened friday to give a darn good reason for news soon. I had two other small caps rise without news besides IFCI. I think money may be coming to small value caps. Russell 2000 up 1.25%, other indexes all down this week. *< >><
