Angelo, to distribute the next 20 MM newly printed shares from TTRIF, they'll have to get a small rally and some "enthusiasm" going, they'll get the stock to $.12 to $.13, if they are lucky and guess what, another 20 MM shares will be added to the float and new bag holders will be added to the current one. I won't buy it even for a trade, since there is no way to know if and when it might crater to $.05/share. One thing I am pretty sure of, when we do our next annual reunion May next year we will be looking at equivalent (post reverse split?) shares of around $.02/share. Zeev
