Here's a link to the corporation's online in Florida
for Isleuth..There are files you can download to see what kind of stock was issued and other info.There is hypertext at the bottom of the page to download documents and see who the officer's are etc...You can also punch in the names of the officers and see what other companies they run. The company is moving, so we won't have access to this info unless the other state has this available. The documents can be downloaded and viewed. They are the actual stock filings, name changes, and other stuff to see how the stock was actually setup and get the current share count etc...Hope this sheds some light on the matter, To see what other companies the CEO has, just click on the dot " registered agent" insert the name in the search string and press search. The CEO had a few companies.
