Can not go wrong at that price (provided you get delivery). But you got to be suspicious...

Can you tell if it's a pirated version? Why is it not elligible for the upgrade?

When 2000 comes out I'll be looking for a deal. Did you see the LA Times review of 2000? Looks like some nice features.

Some places will sell you an OEM version at a good discount if you buy a system or a main component or two like a HDD or a motherboard. Minotaur has O97 SB for $200. I'll see if he keeps the same price for O2000. Or maybe I should get O97 now and then get the free upgrade after they get most of the bugs out in a later version.
