I have no knowledge of Black Seas plans, other than their public announcements. At the risk of boring all, a short report on their activity
to this point from memory. The major shareholder is a Hong Kong or Singapore billionaire that provided instant capitol to the venture.
They have promising holdings in Russia, but have run into political and legal problems that may be resolving themselves. Russia is high
with the prospect of very high rewards if stability arrives. The same situation exists with their China holdings. When the difficulties
in Russia they moved decisively and with great speed into Kern County. As usual money expedites decisions.

That's all I know in a nutshell. I'm still wondering why I didn't buy in at .25.

I urge all of you that have an interest in our Kern play to order the map sets and get a real feel for TRIL's properties. Any bookstore can
order the five maps for $25.00. They cover a large dining room table if taped together. Each section ( One mile square & 640
acres + or -) is 2 5/8 by 2 5/8 inches. When the drilling starts you will be able to pinpoint the location within a few acres.

I hope that the funding is in place and that the delay is caused by our new association with the technical service and will prove to aid in drawing
X in the right place for the first drill.
