Look at all those companies that are and have a market cap half of Medinah Mining's..." Now that statement says it all. You mean those companies with half the market cap that must adhere to some standard of accounting? Why become fully reporting ? Because the company must if it wants to remain on the Nasdaq BB...otherwise it is goodbye to the public markets for this company. Hey maybe there will be another dividend and all the stock will no longer be liquid.
