Fuddle dee dumb, Obviously when doing a JV or a buyout of some sort the acquiring party will perform its own due dilly to look out for the best interest of its investment and its own shareholders. They certainly will not rely on the infamous research and intelligence that you and marcos, and a host of your buddies have shares on this thread. When a JV or buyout occurs and it is an if in this case (ROFLMAO...c'mon baby ride da train...whoooo hoooo ), don't you think the bean counters will look at every stone.
