This is something that I got from Yahoo board:

I Called Everen Again Today

jlobby - Since you are new around here, it might interest you to know that I usually post my source material as much as I reasonably can. Your attitude is...again, uncalled for.

ABOUT EVEREN TODAY
I called their 800 # earlier this am and nobody was free at that time who could speak about the NETR IPO. Called back about 10:15 PST and got through to Lisa (800-346-6616). Explained that I was an investor in NAVR, & wanted to learn about the NETR IPO. Said I was informally representing a group of other investor's with similar interests. She was friendly, quick and said she was familiar with the IPO and would be happy to answer what she could. NOTE; The following is a close summary of the conversation from memory and the notes I took.

1. I asked her if the IPO was continuing and if it was still in process to go public? She said there were no problems that she knew about and that yes it is still on.

2. I asked her if there any particular problems or major delays?
She said she could not discuss any details but she knew of no major problems.

3. I asked her if a offering date had been set yet? She said that she could not answer that, even if the date is set. She added that IPO dates are usually set to match certain market conditions and the desires of the company (Navarre).

4. I said that I assume from her comments that the IPO is moving along ok. She responded that is correct.

5. I asked about the roadshow and if it is underway? (I did not expect her to answer that). She commented that people are working on certain details. She said she was sorry but roadshows can not be discussed in advance, outside of those directly involved.

6. I asked if the roadshow might be expected to start very soon or is it many weeks away? She basically restated that she couldn't discuss deatils of the roadshow, but said they are working on it.

7. I asked her if she could add any other information that we might not be aware of, but would be of interest to those following the NetRadio IPO. She said that she had to follow the rules and regulations and couldn't discuss much more at this time. She suggested that I call her back again in the comming days to see if there are new developments that can be discussed.

I thanked her for her time and courtesy. Told her I respected her position and understood the limitations. Told her I would let my investor friends know that it sounds like things are going well with the IPO.

SUMMARY - I found out no new factual information from Lisa about the IPO, except that it appears to be going well. This call did not lead me to believe the IPO will be in 2 weeks or 2 months. Lisa was well spoken on this point and guarded. I suggest others giving Lisa a call if you would like to explore it further or perhaps have other questions. I found Lisa to be very legitimate and do not feel a need to ask a second contact at Everen to same questions.

ABOUT MY PRIOR CALL TO EVEREN
On May 5, 1999, I called Everen as a follow up to post from CharmHer who relayed a post from Raging Bull in which a poster there stated he/she had called Everen - and stated the summary of that call on RB. I found it refreshing to learn that Everen was basically holding the line on IPO facts & details - unlike some of the so-called information posted on this board.

I called the same 800 number and spoke to Ben Connor. At 9:23 am, I posted the results of my call to Ben and included a recount of my questions and his answers. SEE CharmHer POST 51459 and my follow up post #51502.

BOTTOMLINE - I feel that Everen is NOT violating SEC rules while yet being as professional and helpful as they can be within the guidelines. IMO, I don't believe anyone who states much more than I have learned in my two contacts with Everen, unless that poster somehow has inside information.
