Question: Why does not Alan Braverman initiate the coverage???

Good list, WSP. I think GNET knows the list.

The only thing I don't understand is: Why no coverage from NationsBanc Montgomery Securities while GNET/Vulcan continue to use NBMS for the deal? ( NBMS got paid $250,000 for the deal )

I could come up with two situations:
1) Ignorance: NBMS felt that it has no resource to cover GNET. It is probably the case for most other firms.
2) Rating: NBMS wanted to cover GNET, but could only come up with a so-so rating, like Hold, they felt better leave it alone than slam a hold rating on GNET for fear of losing potential biz.

Your comments are welcome.
