Paul. I have been asking myself the same question. There is no logic behind Iomega stocks dropping to the level that it is right now especially with all the positive recommendations from stock analysts. However, one has to admit that there are competing technoligies out there and this may be putting a downward spin on the stock. I suspect also that the short sellers are tinkering with the price of the stock somehow. This along with the news of insiders selling stocks in large volumes and the recent scanty purchase of stocks by insiders gives little confidence in this stock. If insiders are not willing to buy shares in their own company neither will the public. On a positive note, however, I feel this company has good products and on the long term the stock price may rise. In the meantime try to have a balanced portfolio to minimize your risk.
