Here is another Java offering

HP joins the Java parade
infoworld.com

The new Java development environment will span Java development
on HP Unix platforms as well as Windows NT. The HP Java
Workshop will allow developers to create Java applications for the
HP 9000 Enterprise Servers, workstations, and HP's NT systems.

HP also will announce it is upgrading both its Java Virtual Machine
for the HP-UX environment and the Java development kit for
HP-UX. HP also intends to upgrade its Java offering by mid-year to
the specifications of the recently released JDK 1.1.

I think HP is pretty close to Lotus so I don't know if this will help Corel or not in software sales. But I do know that HP-UX is a super OS very stable platform.

I wonder if the good doctor has his people working on a Java version for Corel Draw.I think they should start converting their products over to get a jump on the competition.
