Ed,

Who was the lucky lendor in this High Island deal? 12% + 2 1/2% O.R.R.I.! If my math is correct and this well produces at 20MMCF/d the override = 500MCF/d which at $2.00/MCF = $1,000/day or $365,000 each year in addition to $2,000,000 x 12% = $240,000 for total interest of $605,000 on a $2,000,000 loan. 30.5%! Is the lendor a related party? Does the O.R.R.I. go away when the loan is fully paid? If not, the interest rate calculation above is understated!
