Steve,

I use Yamner and I think its great, no longer do I dread a market open when my online accounts are down. I usually do long and short but a lot more short recently and after working with Yamner I realized that everything I learned about what could be shorted (via Datek!) was wrong! Maybe you could answer a couple of questions.

1. Is there any limit to how high a stock must be to be shorted? I realize that the broker may have margin or cash requirements but I have heard $5 and $3. I know that these are incorrect after using Yamner but is there any limit at all?

2. I haven't done this but can Yamner short an IPO, if so how long after the issue?

3. I hear a lot of talk about offshore accounts, are these legal?

Thanks
Bob
