james..here's some basic details Catalytica(ctal) is going to acquire GlaxoWellcome production facility in North Carolina, under the agreement, CTAL will suply designated prescription products with potential revenue of $800m over five years. details are not public, yet. Based on expectations CTAL shares moved from $4 to 13 to 10 within about 10 days. my guess is that CTAL earnings could soon reflect the growth potential..please read CATALYTICA (CTAL) thread #13/72.. Interesting posibilities. let me say.. your posts are very informative.. James do you invest UK tech stocks?
