I tried to pick up some shares, too, on Friday afternoon. But the market makers refused to take my buy order at 82 and change. Always a sure fire way to detect when they are playing their "games." They pressure a stock. Hold it down. I place a limit order AT THE ASK. They wait about a minute. Sell none of their shares. And then simply raise their price an eighth. I move my order up...and still no buy. I feel like an ugly teenager at a school dance. Constantly asking for a dance and getting turned down every time. FWIW, this may be old news, but EE Times reported last week that it has yet to be revealed whether Nintendo will be using Rambus DRAM for its Dolphin console.
