How big are Tzannes et. al. sell filings relative to their total holdings of awre? If 10 to 60 k shares is a large fraction of their total holdings, I'd worry about the signal. If its small (and I think it is) than these sells are basically the multi-millionaire's equivalent of going to the corner cash ATM, or at most portfolio rebalancing. BTW, I think the official crowning ceremony for g.lite will at least get awre some positive publicity, which can't hurt. I'm holding shares and June 60 calls.
