Is it time to Buy or is it going down farther?
I am looking to buy this stock but the I see some definite problems with the company. I was contemplating about buying it here @ $9.25 because it bounced off of this point last time. I believe it bounced because of the rumor that they were getting bought out. The buyout possibility seems like the only thing that makes this stock go up. I also noticed that this stock has constantly been going down for the last 5 years. Here are the negatives I see about this stock. I hope someone might have a different view and point out the positives. I like to trade but I do not like to loose. It looks like most people who own this stock are in a loosing position. Any comments from bottom fishers? Are we at bottom or is there more to loose?

Negatives as I see them:
1. Stock should not have a PE above 15 because company can not even achieve 15% EPS growth as proved through the last 5 years.
2. EPS have pretty much been in the 10-20 cent range for the last 5 years.
3. MSFT is now a big competitor.
4. Book value is around $5.50.
5. Poor management.
6. Stock has reputation for being a dog.
7. Insitutions have been burned badly by this stock.
