W.Shakespeare: "The valiant never taste of death but once........." If the ruling is negative, the stock will take a hit quick some of which has already been factored into the price. If the ruling is beneficial, the stock will rise quick. Either way Visx will still be a good buy for longs IMHO. One may expect that legal issues will remain and appeals either way may go on for months and months. But remember in the world of glamour stocks nothing lasts forever, and nothing goes straight up forever. Visx has lots of cash and is rated 99/99 AAA by IBD so I wouldn't bet against it. Tomorrow will come. What will be will be... Angler
