My thought is that one of two things has happened and both are ok

1) instituional owner selling. The VC company or comapnies that brought them out might be selling at healthy gain saim thing happened to voxware when Montgomery dumped the stock after being issued it for 50 cents to a buck. I know New Era owns a huge chunk the are a VC out of baltimore, check www.sec.gov look at filings for Feb and find out who oens it and then call them to see their long term plans.
2) Mcafee announced a first aid type of product *perceived threat but with no OEM deals yet. Also Explorer 4.0 will have push technologies built right into it so eventually Cybr will need to shake a leg and be acquired or grow product line into other platforms. They have a boatload of cash and a PSR of 1.0 which is outrageously cheap. Hold on it looks like buy more and average down.
No insiders are selling, they are buying. My guess is #1 probably and that is no big deal.
