Robert may still in fact be correct. If negotiations are really taking place with a third party at the last moment, any one of about a million things could be delaying a mega-release. Don't forget this could be in the favour of those who have a position. It is possible that this deal is more substantial than original thought and is taking more time to work through. I have NO contact, nor do I claim this is fact.......merely something to think about
