Q-phone firmware update. Version 65, which I had, is the most recent update. However, because Sprint has expanded its areas, Sprint updated its software to allow me to travel to more areas and make calls on its system. Good thing to know for those on Sprint, or possibly other carriers; you might want to go by one of the carrier stores (especially if you bought at a retailer rather than the carrier store) to let them check that you have the latest version of both softwares so you can have the latest Qualcomm firmware and permit the greatest possible "roaming."
