For those of you that have not noticed ATPX was listed as #40 in Business Week's TOP 100 Small Companies this week- not a SMALL FETE.

Makes me wonder what the criteria is/was for selling the company to whoever - and how the buyout price was arrived at.

Maybe a few email's to the company's website asking questions along these lines will provoke some answers. I will start it. I will report on any response.
