A takeover target by IBM?

There are several postings in AOL tread today, all suggesting a possible takeover by IBM based upon technical analysis of both companies, an article on 3/7 Wall Street Journal, and the 10+ years of business partnership between IBM and PRMD.

Has anyone heard this recently?

If, I mean if, a takeover is true, can someone suggest a fair takeover price for PRMO?
