To all... Shareholders received proxy material regarding the annual meeting May 28th. Among the items to be voted upon was a proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of the company to 500,000,000 shares when the change in its state of incorporation occurs. Does anyone have a thought on this move. Will it dilute the current share price, etc.?
