Question regarding MIDL: does anyone know if this stock can somehow be sold, even though it is not trading? my only concern is to realize the tax loss in 1999. If the timeframe is now October, that leaves very little room for error to get this stock trading in 1999. Is there anything shareholders can do to help get this stock trading? writing letters? if so, to whom? class action lawsuits? has anyone contacted the SEC?
