Cube has had 16 consecutive quarters of sales and earnings increases. Last quarter the R&D expense was almost triple what it was in the same quarter of the previous year.

The consecutive string will not be broken in Q1 97. Cube will be over .45 per share.

The DVD megatrend is starting nicely. I have seen so many articles recently on DVD. The Toshiba and Panasonic DVD commercials are also airing in prime time to huge audiences. DVD is off to a good marketing start. Only time will tell, but with all the media, DVD chip sales may surpass our most optimistic hopes and dreams.

Think about Cube's VCD sales and what they did for the rise in the price of Cube's shares. DVD will be a whole lot bigger than VCD and DVD should affect a rise in Cube's share price accordingly.
