But you said that gnet could go lower a little later on. Why and how do you know?

Even though GNET is in bottom range I see a few things that make it technically possible to lose so more ground.

1) When a stock breaches a lower support line it tends to fall to the next support level before it has a chance to bounce. Friday GNET fell beneath it's 70 day line and closed below it. The next support level is the 100 day line which is about $105.

2) The MACD red bars are growing longer still and the price will continue to drop until they level off and head back towards the 0 neutral line.

3) The candle formed Friday is black in color which is bearish. On the other hand it's shape is showing a possible reversal or bottom.

If it does move upwards how do you know how far it moves?

When the Stochastics lines cross with the black one on top heading up GNET will continue to rise until the black line levels off or angles back down. There are other indicators to watch but this is an easy one to read and is fairly accurate.
