Don't follow the company closely!! But..... doesn't CTII retain full rights to anything that Aebischer does through the investment in his Swiss company (name escapes me at the moment)?

I'm not much of an encapsulation fan.

I've worked closely with Irv Weissman. He hired me at SyStemix, although I didn't stay long. IMO, he wouldn't do anything unless he felt that it was of benefit to CTII shareholders in general.
